Let's Eat Out Fundraiser Application

The Old Spaghetti Factory's Let's Eat Out (LEO) Fundraiser Program is a fun and easy way for schools, nonprofit organizations, churches, youth groups, sports teams, leagues, and other qualifying community organizations to raise funds while bringing friends, family, and supporters together over a great meal. Your organization can earn 10% of pre-tax sales on qualifying fundraiser sales over $500 or 15% of pre-tax sales on qualifying fundraiser sales over $1,000. Depending on your local restaurant, your fundraiser may be offered as a dine-in event, a digital fundraiser, or a combination of both. To get started, complete the application form below. Your request will be reviewed by your selected Old Spaghetti Factory restaurant, and a member of their team will contact you regarding availability, eligibility, and the next steps in the approval process.
